Olimpia Group has already been present on the market of luxury goods for twenty years. The first years of the activity of the company and its owner, Barbara Zaborowska, was time of intensive work on the creation of Olimpia, luxurious perfumery and on generating interest in such high street brands as Christian Dior, Chanel, Lancome, Shisheido, YSL, La Praire or Estee Lauder among Polish customers.

Ten years ago Olimpia Group began an adventure with brands of luxury clothes. Max Mara shops in Klif Shopping Centre in Gdynia and Patrizia Pepe in Klif in Warsaw were first to be established. Italian couture and a breeze of fashion from European Capitals arrived in Poland. Today, Olimpia Group comprises prestigious fashion houses located in Gdynia, Katowice and in Warsaw. Olimpia Group is the sole representative of MaxMara and Patrizia Pepe brands in Pomerania and Escada Sport brand partner.

The investor’s expectation regarding creation of a loyalty system was preparation of a simple and efficient tool that would directly influence the loyalty of Female Customers.
Hence the idea of points accumulated with each zloty spent. Customers qualify for fixed discounts following the collection of a certain number of points. Once, the points levels are exceeded the discount gets increased.

LoyaltyPlus solution implemented in Olimpia Group makes it possible to send dedicated offers to Female Custmers via e-mail or SMS.

LoyaltyPlus System has been in service for Olimpia Group since 2012 and year to year it has been gaining interest, actually increasing the number of programme participants
