Our offer does not end once the mailing sets containing a card and information materials have been manufactured and sent. We are perfectly aware that for our Customers the true relationship with their recipients begins at this moment. This is when the battle for their loyalty starts and a chance to recognise their needs and improve the product within a long-lasting programme commences. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reflects this idea. This way of marketing approach to the relationships with clients has become almost unique science with its own set of theories and tools for its implementation.
Our company also proposes its services in the sphere of complete outsourcing of CRM systems. We handle loyalty systems based on databases containing several hundred thousand records. We execute the full cycle of operations from the initial mailing, through the processing of the received questionnaires and data processing (elimination of duplicate questionnaires, correction of addresses) to selective mailing conducted on the basis of the criteria set by the Employer (e.g. birthday or name day related mails). We offer a system of reports reflecting the specificity and expectations of each Customer.
We create databases on the basis of questionnaires sent by mail. The data is input into computers by qualified operators while the correctness of the input information is constantly monitored. Once the data has been introduced in the system, all questionnaires are archived in the secured catalogue.
